DENVER, CO – New aerial photography offers an updated look at Milwaukee Place, a commercial office development currently under construction at 242 N Milwaukee Street in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.

Aerial Photo by 4Blades Digital

Captured in collaboration with 4Blades Digital, the images provide a high-level view of the site and its relationship to the surrounding urban fabric. The aerial perspective highlights the project’s frontage along Milwaukee Street, its alley access, and proximity to adjacent commercial buildings, offering context that goes beyond traditional renderings and site plans.

Milwaukee Place is being built as a multi-story commercial office building with ground-floor retail tenant space along Milwaukee Street. Approved plans emphasize street-level transparency, pedestrian-oriented design, and a contemporary material palette intended to align with Cherry Creek North design standards. Upper levels are dedicated primarily to office use, with the building massing designed to fit within the existing scale and character of the district.

Construction is now actively underway following city approvals. Current work on site reflects the transition from planning into the construction phase, marking a significant milestone for the project.

Developing Denver will continue tracking construction progress and key milestones at Milwaukee Place, sharing updates as work advances and the building takes shape in Cherry Creek North.
