Brookfield Residential Opens First Look at Uplands With New Model Homes in Westminster
WESTMINSTER, CO – The master-planned community between Denver and Boulder debuts three home portfolios with a two-weekend grand opening event.

Brookfield Residential continues to move forward on Uplands, a master-planned residential development taking shape in Westminster, positioned between Denver and Boulder just northwest of downtown Denver.
The community is planned as a series of pocket neighborhoods connected by water-wise parks, open space, and shared amenities. Uplands is designed to accommodate a range of home types while emphasizing walkability and long-term livability within the northwest metro area.
Brookfield Residential is rolling out three distinct home portfolios, each offering different layouts, sizes, and scales of living.
The Apex Portfolio includes three-story homes ranging from approximately 1,619 to 2,051 square feet, with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 3 to 5 bathrooms, and 2-3 car tandem garages. Select plans feature outdoor living spaces and tandem garages.

The Spark Portfolio features two-story homes ranging from roughly 1,957 to 2,452 square feet, offering 3 to 5 bedrooms and 3 to 5 bathrooms, with loft spaces, gourmet kitchens, and flexible interior layouts.

The Contour Townhomes, which are expected to be introduced in a later phase, add multi-level townhome options with rooftop decks and balcony spaces.

As part of the next phase of the rollout, Brookfield Residential will open its first model homes at Uplands during a series of public open house events on Saturday, January 24, and Saturday, January 31, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The events will give visitors an opportunity to tour the model homes, review the site plan, learn more about the overall community, and enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by Brookfield.
