6685 East Exposition Avenue

A concept plan has been submitted to subdivide a nearly one-acre residential parcel at 6685 East Exposition Avenue into four single-family detached lots. The proposal includes two access configurations: a primary flagpole lot layout and an alternate private road layout. The project is currently under intake review by the City of Denver.
