DENVER, CO – ACE Padel has confirmed Denver as the next city for its national expansion, with plans moving forward for a new padel club in the River North Art District.

City records show the concept plan review for the project at 1812 35th Street has been completed, marking an early milestone in the city approval process. The proposal includes interior tenant improvements within an existing building, along with temporary exterior padel courts. No additional square footage is being added, and existing loading and service infrastructure will remain in place.

In a recent public post, the project team confirmed plans for five indoor padel courts with 30-foot ceilings, three outdoor courts adjacent to the Platte River Art Park, a bar and cafe, full locker room facilities with sauna and cold plunge, and parking for more than 70 vehicles. The site is located at the west corner of 35th Street and Brighton Boulevard within the existing Great Divide Brewing Company development footprint.

While concept review is complete, the project will still require zoning permits and a special exception review due to the exterior courts. Construction permits have not yet been issued.

ACE Padel has stated a target opening of Q3 2026. A construction timeline will become clearer as the project advances through the next phase of city approvals.
