The concept, known for its Spanish wine program and tapas-style dining, has established a strong following in RiNo, where it operates alongside its sister concept Corsica. The new location will bring that same high-energy, social dining experience to the south Denver market. According to details shared with Developing Denver, the project is targeting an early 2027 opening.

Plans for the space include approximately 4,000 square feet of interior dining area, along with a 1,000 square foot enclosed patio and an additional 1,000 square foot outdoor patio. The design emphasizes indoor-outdoor connectivity, a key component of the brand’s identity.

Barcelona Wine Bar has become known for its curated selection of Spanish wines, shareable plates, and late-night atmosphere, positioning itself as both a neighborhood destination and a regional draw. The expansion into the Denver Tech Center reflects continued growth in restaurant and retail activity across the area, as more hospitality concepts look beyond central neighborhoods to capture demand in surrounding submarkets.

While additional details on construction timing have not yet been released, the project is currently targeting an early 2027 debut.
