Brookfield Residential Advances Contour Townhomes Development in Central Park
DENVER, CO – Brookfield Residential is continuing construction on its Contour Townhomes development in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, with a new phase of units now underway near East 47th Avenue and Beeler Court.

The project introduces a series of three-level townhomes as part of the broader buildout of the site, contributing to ongoing residential growth in the Northfield area. Plans for this phase include units ranging from approximately 1,600 to 1,800 square feet, with two to three bedroom layouts and attached two-car garages.
Site plans show multiple townhome buildings arranged in clusters across the property, connected by internal walkways and shared open space. The layout reflects a more compact development pattern as the Central Park neighborhood continues to evolve with higher-density residential product.

Construction is actively progressing, with units expected to be delivered in phases as work continues across the site. As part of the next phase of the project, Brookfield Residential is hosting a grand opening event on April 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., where two model homes will be open for tours.
The Contour Townhomes development is one of several residential projects contributing to the continued expansion of housing options in the Central Park and Northfield areas.
