Broncos to Share Updated Burnham Yard Stadium Renderings at February 12 Community Meeting

DENVER, CO – The Denver Broncos and the City and County of Denver will host a Community Information Meeting on Thursday, February 12, to present updated renderings and preliminary concepts for the team’s proposed new stadium at Burnham Yard.

Rendering Sourced for LDR submission

The meeting is part of Denver’s Large Development Review process, which allows residents and stakeholders to review major development proposals and provide input before plans advance further.

Previous concepts outlined a retractable roof stadium surrounded by a mixed use district spanning roughly 150 acres between 6th and 13th Avenue. The broader development would transform the former railyard site into a year round destination.

According to project materials, the stadium itself would be primarily funded by the Broncos ownership group. The City and State would support public infrastructure improvements in the surrounding area. In addition to the stadium design process, the City is leading Burnham Yard Community Planning efforts, including work toward a Small Area Plan and a Community Benefits Agreement intended to address neighborhood impacts and long term growth in the La Alma Lincoln Park area.

The Community Information Meeting will be held at the La Alma Recreation Center, located at 1325 W. 11th Ave. The open house begins at 5 p.m., with a formal presentation scheduled for 6 p.m.

Residents interested in learning more about the updated plans or providing feedback are encouraged to attend.
