The new location, called Dry Dock Pub, will open at 1101 South Pearl Street, taking over the former home of Pub on Pearl, which closed in August 2025 after 35 years in business. The space will be operated by Left Hand Collective, following Dry Dock’s merger with Left Hand Brewing in 2025.

According to the brewery, the Wash Park pub will feature more than a dozen taps pouring beers from both Dry Dock and Left Hand, along with a full bar, elevated pub fare, a large outdoor patio, private event areas, bar games, televisions, and a stage for live music.

The announcement comes as Dry Dock prepares to close its South Dock taproom in Aurora. The Aurora location is scheduled to pour its final beers on January 10, with a new German-inspired brewery expected to take over the space later this year.

Dry Dock Pub is expected to open this spring, with grand opening details to be announced in the coming months.
