Project Details:

The project is identified as both 100 percent income-restricted affordable housing and an emergency housing initiative under the mayor’s homelessness and housing insecurity order.

That designation underscores the citywide emphasis on expanding supportive housing options amid ongoing affordability challenges. As Denver continues to address housing demand across income levels, this proposal reflects an effort to combine long-term affordability with supportive services in a centrally located neighborhood.
