Moodswing Moves Into Final Construction Phase, Targets Opening Next Month in Northeast Denver
DENVER, CO – Moodswing, the large-scale adaptive reuse project underway at 3625 East 48th Avenue, is moving into the final stretch of construction as the ownership team confirms they are now aiming for an opening next month. Updated imagery provided by Perpetual First shows substantial progress both inside and outside the former industrial building.
The project transforms an existing warehouse structure into a 44,000 square foot indoor recreation and hospitality facility supported by a 33,000 square foot outdoor patio. Once complete, Moodswing will offer a mix of activities and amenities including indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, golf simulators, a full bar, a commercial kitchen, and multiple social and event spaces.
According to the latest updates, most exterior upgrades have been completed, including façade improvements and site circulation work. Inside, construction crews are finalizing interior finishes, lighting systems, and production equipment. Current progress photos highlight ongoing work on the wraparound bar, seating areas, back-of-house operations, and kitchen installation, along with continued improvements to the outdoor activity areas.
The project was designed to accommodate both casual daily use and programmed events, with activity zones arranged to support sports, food and beverage service, small group gatherings, and larger on-site experiences. Parking for 125 vehicles is planned onsite, along with dedicated areas for outdoor circulation and activation.
Permit records show that construction began shortly after approvals were issued earlier this fall, following completion of the Site Development Plan and necessary building reviews. The ownership team has confirmed they will release additional project updates as they approach interior completion.
Developing Denver will continue to monitor construction and track the official opening date as Moodswing prepares to debut its full program to the public.
