Townhome Development Proposed Near 41st Avenue and Jason Street
DENVER, CO – New concept plans have been filed with the City and County of Denver for a 12-unit townhome development at the corner of West 41st Avenue and Jason Street in North Denver.
The proposal, currently under concept review, would redevelop a group of existing residential properties into two multi-unit townhome buildings centered around a shared courtyard.
According to project documents, the development would rise up to four stories and include approximately 23,412 square feet of residential space, along with integrated garage parking and rooftop terrace areas for future residents. The project is proposed on a roughly 0.39-acre site currently zoned I-MX-3.
Plans show the project split into two separate six-unit buildings positioned along Jason Street and the alley frontage to the west. Units would front both West 41st Avenue and Jason Street, with landscaped setbacks, raised planter beds, and pedestrian-oriented frontage incorporated into the proposal. The concept plan also includes 12 parking spaces accessed from the alley, bicycle parking, private landscaped yard areas, and rooftop outdoor terrace spaces integrated into several units.
The project remains under concept review with the city and has not yet received final approvals.
