Camino by Ultreia Opening at Denver Union Station
UNION STATION, DENVER, CO – The team behind Ultreia is expanding its footprint inside Denver Union Station with a new grab-and-go concept called Camino by Ultreia, opening later this month.
The new 156-square-foot kiosk, located on the Amtrak side of the Great Hall, will bring a fast-casual version of Ultreia’s Spanish and Portuguese-inspired menu to one of downtown’s busiest transit hubs.

Designed for the Great Hall
Designed by BOSS Architects, the new kiosk joins Beet & Yarrow Flowers, Telluride Truffles, and Baumé Dessert Bar along the station’s Great Hall corridor. The design features a rounded service counter, open shelving, and handcrafted details that nod to Ultreia’s Iberian aesthetic; including hanging red peppers and warm wood accents.
At just 156 square feet, Camino by Ultreia is compact but intentionally designed to serve the steady flow of daily foot traffic through Union Station.
A Fast-Casual Take on Iberian Flavors
Developed by Ultreia’s managing partner and chef Adam Branz, Camino will feature a rotating menu of bowls, salads, bocadillos (sandwiches), and small plates designed for commuters, travelers, and nearby office workers.
Menu highlights include the Jamón & Manchego Bocadillo, Pisto Manchego Bowl, Gazpacho Salad, and Toasted Escalivada Bocadillo, all priced at $15 or less and packaged for easy takeaway. Guests will also find Spanish-style charcuterie and cheese boards and can order ahead at ultreiadenver.com for faster pickup.
“Camino is our fast-casual little sister, we’re bringing the same ingredients and flavors people love at Ultreia, just made for speed,” said Branz.
Expanding Denver’s Food Offerings
Union Station continues to evolve as one of downtown Denver’s most active dining and transportation destinations. The addition of Camino by Ultreia builds on that momentum, adding another locally driven concept to its mix of restaurants, cafes, and kiosks.
Camino by Ultreia is expected to open in late October 2025.
