A newly submitted filing focuses specifically on the architectural design and site layout for a proposed two-tenant retail building planned along Tower Road. According to the concept documents, the project would include two separate retail spaces totaling approximately 6,500 square feet, with each tenant space measuring roughly 3,250 square feet.

Site plans show the building positioned toward the eastern edge of the parcel facing Tower Road, while the remainder of the site would primarily accommodate surface parking, internal circulation, and pedestrian access. The proposal also includes connections into the broader internal street and parking network planned throughout Link 56.

The elevations provide one of the clearest looks yet at the design direction for commercial buildings within the development. Plans show a modern retail structure incorporating dark metal panel systems, brick detailing, wood-style cladding, large storefront glazing, and integrated canopy elements. Separate storefront entrances and future tenant signage zones are also incorporated into the design.

The project is planned within Parcel H of Link 56, a 150-acre mixed-use development from Kensington Development located near Peña Station and the Denver International Airport corridor. The broader master plan includes a combination of residential units, retail pads, commercial space, neighborhood parks, and open space spread throughout the site.

Master planning documents for Link 56 outline approximately 2,000 future apartment and rental townhome units alongside commercial development concentrated along Tower Road and East 56th Avenue. The development sits near several major employment and infrastructure anchors including Peña Station, the RTD A Line, the United Airlines campus, and the growing concentration of hotel, industrial, and logistics development surrounding DEN.

While future tenants for Parcel H have not yet been announced, the latest concept filing continues to show steady progress on the commercial portions of the broader Link 56 development as activity throughout the airport district continues expanding.
