DENVER, CO — A California-based indoor mini golf and entertainment concept is preparing to open its first Colorado location, bringing a combination of golf-inspired games, dining, and nightlife to a 12,500-square-foot commercial space in Denver's Union Station neighborhood.

Tipsy Putt, a family-owned mini golf social club, has announced plans to open at 1755 Blake Street, Suite 125, before the end of 2026. The new location will introduce the company's first venue outside California, where it currently operates four locations. Founded by husband-and-wife team Brandon and Jenny Robinson, Tipsy Putt combines indoor miniature golf with a full-service restaurant, bar, and additional entertainment options designed for both casual visits and larger gatherings.
The Denver location will occupy commercial space within 1755 Blake, a mixed-use office and retail property owned and managed by Unico Properties. The project will introduce a new entertainment-focused use to the building's ground-floor commercial space.
Inside, the approximately 12,500-square-foot venue will feature a nine-hole indoor miniature golf course incorporating Denver-inspired elements. Visitors will also be able to play Tipsy Putt's signature 1-2 Putt™, a tabletop game combining elements of miniature golf and shuffleboard, alongside cornhole and traditional board games. The interior will also include a DJ booth, multiple televisions for sporting events, and private event spaces designed to accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 150 guests.

Beyond the games, the venue will feature a full-service restaurant and bar serving tacos, nachos, flatbreads, wings, burgers, salads, and other casual dining options. The beverage program will emphasize Colorado breweries through a local-only beer selection, alongside craft cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, and other drink options.
The company also plans to introduce regular programming, including trivia, organized leagues, and community events, along with a membership program offering access to games and additional benefits across its locations.
Tipsy Putt's expansion represents another addition to Lower Downtown's growing collection of entertainment, hospitality, and recreational destinations, bringing a new use to existing commercial space without requiring an entirely new building.
The company is currently targeting an opening before the end of 2026, although an exact opening date has not been announced.
