Prop 123-Backed Four-Bedroom Townhomes Now Leasing at Greyhound Park

COMMERCE CITY, CO — Leasing is now underway at The Vista at Greyhound Park, a new townhome community built by Delwest at 5311 E. 62nd Place in Commerce City offering four-bedroom rental homes. Construction is expected to be completed in March 2027. The development received funding through Proposition 123, a voter-approved initiative passed in 2022 to support the development of affordable and middle-income housing across Colorado.

Room to Spread Out

The Vista features three-story townhomes with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, offering floor plans ranging from approximately 1,330 to 1,420 square feet. Monthly rents start around $2,525, with each home featuring an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, high ceilings, a covered porch and a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The development is designed around a central three-story parking garage, with two unassigned parking spaces included in the rent for each townhome. The garage features license plate recognition technology for access and 27 electric vehicle charging stations. Maintenance, landscaping and snow removal are also included in the monthly rent.

As part of its participation in the Proposition 123 Equity program, The Vista offers Colorado Renter Rewards, an initiative designed to help residents build financial stability while renting. Through the program, residents can earn 2% cash back on on-time rent payments, receive matching contributions toward emergency savings or a future home down payment, and build credit through their rental payment history. The Vista is one of the first communities in Colorado to offer the program.

The community also provides complimentary memberships to the Suncor Boys & Girls Club, sponsored by Delwest, for all youth residents of The Vista. Memberships include access to after-school programs, homework assistance, sports leagues, STEM activities and full-day programming during school breaks and summer.

The community is served by Central Elementary, Kearney Middle and Adams City High School.

With access to Highway 2, I-270 and I-76, the development is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 25 minutes from Denver International Airport, depending on traffic.

Leasing is currently underway, with tours available through thevistagreyhoundpark.com. Through October 31, the community is offering a $2,000 leasing incentive for applicants who submit an application within 48 hours of touring.
