The project, known as Kensing LoHi, is positioned within one of Denver’s most active urban neighborhoods, with direct access to the Highland Bridge, downtown connections, and a growing mix of retail, dining, and cultural destinations.
Plans for the development center around a smaller-scale, design-forward residential building, with units featuring modern interior finishes, high-quality materials, and a focus on livability within a walkable urban setting. The project also incorporates ground-floor commercial space and structured parking.
According to project information, residences are designed with a range of layouts to accommodate different buyer types, with pricing currently ranging from around $480,000s to over $2 million. As of now, approximately 20 units remain available.
