New Crunch Fitness Planned for Existing Retail Space Along East Hampden Avenue in Denver

DENVER, CO – A new fitness facility could be coming to an existing retail site along East Hampden Avenue as plans move forward for a Crunch Fitness location at 7400 E Hampden Avenue in Denver.

According to concept plan documents, the proposal focuses on repurposing a portion of an existing commercial building into a new gym space, rather than introducing new ground-up construction. The site, located near the intersection of East Hampden Avenue and South Yosemite Street, is already built out with surface parking that will remain in place as part of the project.

Updated exterior elevations show modifications to the building’s main entrance, including new signage and facade updates centered around the Crunch Fitness branding. The design introduces a more prominent entry feature while maintaining much of the existing structure.

While details around square footage and opening timelines have not yet been finalized, the concept plan indicates that the project is still in the early review phase and could evolve as it moves through the city’s approval process. If approved, the new location would add to Crunch Fitness’ growing presence in the region while continuing to activate an established commercial corridor along Hampden Avenue.

We will continue tracking updates as more information becomes available.
