Little Man Ice Cream Unifies Denver Shops Under Single Brand Identity
COLORADO – Iconic neighborhood spots Sweet Cooie’s and Constellation will be rebranded as Little Man Ice Cream locations to support national growth.

One of Colorado’s most recognizable homegrown brands is streamlining its identity. Little Man Ice Cream announced yesterday that it will unify its family of unique neighborhood shops under the singular Little Man Ice Cream banner, specifically rebranding its Sweet Cooie’s and Constellation locations.
While both shops have always been owned and operated by the company, they previously maintained independent branding. Moving forward, the Congress Park soda fountain will become Little Man Ice Cream Congress Park, and the aviation-themed Stapleton landmark will be known as Little Man Ice Cream Central Park.
Founder Paul Tamburello emphasized that the immersive, "showstopping" designs that have made these locations roadside attractions are not going away. Instead, the company is modifying signage, fonts, and names to create a more cohesive experience for fans and to reduce confusion around the brand's signature flavors.
The timing of the rebrand aligns with Little Man’s significant expansion. Since opening its original 28 foot milk can in LoHi in 2008, the company has grown to 11 locations across the Front Range. This unification also prepares the brand for a new national direct to consumer shipping option, ensuring a consistent identity as the company reaches customers beyond Colorado.
Community impact remains central to the transition. The company will continue its Scoop-for-Scoop Program, which has supported local schools and community groups for 18 years. To mark the change, Little Man is hosting a series of neighborhood celebrations featuring free scoops for early guests and the unveiling of new menus.
Events are scheduled for May 15 in Central Park, May 16 in Congress Park, and May 17 at Old Town Churn in Fort Collins.
